The July 10th, 2010 clinic will be held at the Hamilton Shelter at 2100 Sylvan Avenue in Hamilton, New Jersey.

Our clinics always book to capacity and we end up turning people away. Because we experience such a high number of no-shows, others miss out on getting their pets spayed or neutered. So please, we beg of you, if you cannot make your appointment, kindly have the courtesy to cancel in advance so we can let another person's pet have your spot.

Vaccinations are available only in conjunction with spay/neuter surgery. We regret we are not able to accommodate requests for vaccinations only.

CAT APPLICATIONS FOR THIS CLINIC
If you would like to have your pet microchipped during surgery, please click here to complete the microchip registration form in addition to the spay/neuter application. Please be sure to submit your spay/neuter application BEFORE submitting a microchip application so we can properly match them up. There is an additional charge of $15 for microchipping, registration of the microchip is included. We are not able to accommodate microchip requests the day of surgery. This form must be completed in advance of the clinic, right AFTER your spay/neuter application has been submitted.
